Question:   How do I filter messages or prevent junk email?
 
Answer:   WebMail has 2 different ways of preventing junk email:

1.   Message Filters - This enables you to send certain messages
to a folder (such as Trash) based on the sender or other information.
You can set up filters by going to the 'Options' link, then to 'Message Filters'.

2.   SpamCop - This service finds the source of the spam, and notifies
the spammer's provider of the abuse. You can sign up and configure this service
by clicking on the 'Options' link, then on 'SpamCop - Spam Reporting'.
